01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the tc666 platform accessible at tc666.im and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces operated under the tc666 brand. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming or betting activity on tc666, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with tc666 and confirming that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves real financial risk and that losses are possible.
• You accept the platform's rules, policies, and any supplemental terms applicable to specific products or promotions.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use the tc666 platform. tc666 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of their country of residence.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a tc666 account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to keep this information current and to update your profile if any details change.

tc666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any registration detail at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on tc666. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tc666 employs technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• tc666 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.
• The player may be permanently banned from the platform.

2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions

tc666 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine their eligibility based on their jurisdiction before registering.

03 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tc666 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. tc666 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your tc666 account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP — supported on all Pakistani mobile networks including Jazz, Zong, Telenor, and Ufone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Notify tc666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

tc666 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials. Any activity conducted using valid login credentials will be treated as having been performed by the account holder.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tc666 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet and bank account)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet and bank account)
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer
• Raast (State Bank of Pakistan instant payment system)
• USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks)

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. tc666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your tc666 account at the time of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. tc666 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• A minimum wagering of the deposited amount at least once is required before withdrawal of the original deposit, unless tc666 explicitly waives this requirement in writing.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Raast) may take between 1 and 3 business days.
• USDT withdrawals are processed to the blockchain within 1 to 6 hours subject to network congestion.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tc666 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. tc666 reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay processing of withdrawals, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law or licensing obligations. Players must not use tc666 for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or converting funds obtained through unlawful activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

tc666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each bonus has an associated wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly at the point of opt-in.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds.
• tc666 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• tc666 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and confiscate related funds if it determines that a bonus was claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on the tc666 platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, crash games, card games, and virtual games — are governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface itself. In addition, the following general gaming rules apply across all products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. tc666 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Players must not use any software, tool, script, bot, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players in any game.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game round, tc666 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any stake placed during the malfunction. Wins produced during a malfunction may be voided.
• tc666's decision on the outcome of any dispute relating to a game round is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 16.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by account tier or during promotional periods.

07 Sports Betting

tc666 offers a comprehensive sports betting product covering cricket (including PSL, ICC tournaments, and international bilateral series), football, basketball, tennis, UFC, and other major sporting events. The following terms apply specifically to the sports betting product:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. tc666 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation — the odds displayed on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that will apply to settlement.

7.2 Settlement Rules

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the sport and competition in question. For cricket, this includes ICC, PCB, and PSL official results. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared void, tc666 will apply standard industry settlement rules as displayed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the tc666 trading team and may be suspended at any time during an event. tc666 accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on incorrect real-time data displayed by third-party data feeds.

7.4 Palpable Errors

tc666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed error — commonly referred to as a palpable error. tc666 will notify affected players and refund stakes where bets are voided under this clause.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tc666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or systematically hedging bets to guarantee bonus extraction.
• Using tc666 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on any sporting event.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the tc666 platform or its underlying systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tc666 staff or other users through any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the tc666 platform — including but not limited to the tc666 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audiovisual materials — is the property of tc666 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tc666 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any tc666 content without prior written permission from tc666.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

tc666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a tc666 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection commitments include:

• Your personal data is never sold to third-party marketing companies.
• Data is stored using industry-standard encryption protocols.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting tc666 support.
• tc666 complies with applicable data protection regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.

11 Responsible Gaming

tc666 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a way to generate income or address financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered tc666 players from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your tc666 account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your tc666 account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for an extended period remove access to your tc666 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tc666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the tc666 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or events outside tc666's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate live data or odds information sourced from third-party data feeds.

tc666's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

tc666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• A regulatory requirement or court order mandating account restriction.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, tc666 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, tc666 will process a withdrawal of the remaining balance to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their tc666 account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed.

14 Amendments to These Terms

tc666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of a material change to these Terms, tc666 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the tc666 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The current version of these Terms is always available at tc666.im/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tc666 holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure in Section 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that those rights cannot be contractually excluded.

16 Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your tc666 account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or a promotional offer, please follow the complaints procedure below:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Raise your complaint with the tc666 support team via live chat on tc666.im. Our team is available 24/7 and aims to resolve standard queries within 2 hours.
2. Step 2 – Formal Email Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved via live chat to your satisfaction, submit a formal written complaint to our support email (displayed in the footer of this page as plain text). Include your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation.
3. Step 3 – Escalation: If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within 14 days of your formal complaint, you may escalate the matter to tc666's licensing authority using the escalation contact details provided in your formal complaint response.
